A picture of the beautiful city of Prague, Czech Republic that I took on my trip to Europe two years ago.

ONE: Smile. A smile is worth a thousand words. It can not only brighten your mood but the mood of those around you.

TWO: Everything happens for a reason. It may not always seem like things are justifiable but later on, it will all be clear.

THREE: Honesty is the best policy. As cheesy as that is, it’s always better to be honest even when it is the hardest thing to do.

FOUR: SLEEP AND HYDRATE! Both are so important and it’s hard to function without them in your body. It’s as simple as that.

FIVE: Quality over Quantity. It’s not about how much you have, it’s about how well it is portrayed.

SIX: GET HELP. There are so many resources around every community. If you need someone to talk to, don’t be afraid to reach out.

SEVEN: Self-care. Practice it frequently. It’s difficult to reach full potential if you don’t put yourself first.

EIGHT: Do what you love and love what you do. Take that passion and run with it.

NINE: Travel! Experience other cultures and get a look at how our world is similar and different.

TEN: Life is full of rejection even when it’s not fair or deserved. However, rejection always leads to a blessing in disguise.
